kind words about our wellbeing workshops
“The descriptive guidance offered during the session was helpful for me to realise how scattered my mind has been over the last few months, and which parts of my body need more rest and care. I am so excited to get back into practicing yoga.”
“I attended the Nidra Yoga session with The Joyful Activists, and had a wonderful experience. The session was a great opportunity to consciously check-in with my mind and body - which I haven't had the chance to do in a while.”
"Thank you so much, this workshop was just what I needed! I feel so much calmer, and it's so nice to be around other people who want to prioritise their mental health too.”
"The session was enjoyable and made me reflect. I went away feeling refreshed and there were things I felt inspired to put into action right away. I went away with a spring in my step; I am now taking a whole new approach to my work, and feeling like my wellbeing is much better."

Our Wellbeing Workshops take place on Zoom. Once you've bought your ticket you'll receive an email with the joining information.
i've never had any coaching before, can i come?
Yes! Jo will guide us through the self-coaching practices and reflective exercises, so it's suitable for anyone regardless of whether you've worked with a coach before.
